Our organization has two entities. The commercial entity is known as Naik Philanthropic Centre (NPC) which is under Company Law Board registered in April 2021. The Charitable entity is known as ODC Foundation (NGO) registered in Mar 1998. Projects are taken up on case to case basis either in NPC or in ODC Foundation. Revenues generated are cycled back for social & socio-economic objectives.
In early stage from 2007 to 2017, the projects were taken up with short term objectives.
In 2021 we established NPC with a long term view to institutionalise our philanthropic objectives with global outreach. Thus began “ theme based focus on Health-Knowledge-Culture (HKC) “, achieved by way of conducting HKC Projects & Expeditions by Sea & Land.

World Library Congress selected Wizdoms Project for Poster presentation at Cape Town, South Africa (2013-2017)
Collaborated with Rotary (Pan India) for Wizdoms Library Project Procured 80 Tonnes of books and distribution in 900 villages across India. Received Best Literacy Library Project of India (2017)
Collaborated with Rotary (Romania, Ukraine, India) and successfully provided Humanitarian Aid to Ukraine (Medicines & Equipment) (2022)
HKC Expedition-01 : Procured – Owned Sail Boat “Gregal” for GGR 2022 Race for Cdr Abhilash Tomy for Solo Circumnavigation around the world. Boat changed hands with sponsor prior to race. He completed with flying colors. Completed (2022)
HKC Expeditions-02 – 5 French, 4 Indian- 7200 km 30 days- Completed (2024)
HKC Expeditions-03 – 1 Italian, 2 French, 5 Indian- 5500 km- 20 days- Completed (2025)
HKC Expeditions-05 Leg 1 – 6 Indian- 4000 km- 10 days- Completed (2025)
HKC Pilot Projects (6 Nos) in schools / villages across India to showcase theme-based knowledge through Museum-Documentary-Literature (MDL) and later reaching out across interiors of India & the World. Essence of HKC Expeditions led to this development. Under Progress
